Barn Floor Prepared and Concreted
Another project completed: a barn floor prepared and concreted for a new customer. We also removed patio slabs from under the container and made new supporting pads. The floor was power floated and expansion joints cut, ready for sealing.
Preparing the floor
The old, uneven floor of the curved-roof barn was dug out and levelled with our mini digger to give a firm, even base before the concrete went down, and new concrete pads were formed to support the container.
A smooth, hard-wearing finish
Once laid, the concrete was power floated for a smooth, level surface, and expansion joints were cut to help control cracking, leaving a clean, hard-wearing floor ready for sealing.
